1. Increase enrolment of high school graduates by 10% annually.

2. Deliver quality, relevant, industry-approved training programs.

3. Maintain a minimum 80% completion rate through student retention.

4. Prepare trainees for CVQ certification.

5. Encourage and support entrepreneurial ventures.

6. Promote and strengthen the ITVET Belize brand.
